PRIVACY STATEMENT

SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – Helcim Virtual Terminalo

Our store is hosted on Helcim Virtual Terminal
They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Helcim data storage, databases and the general Helcim Virtual Terminal application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Helcim stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

SECTION 6 – SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

SECTION 7 – COOKIES

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.

We currently offer three shipping options within the United States:

Products qualifying for Free Shipping will be identified with “Free Standard Shipping”. If you select a shipping method other than Standard, shipping charges will apply.

The cost for shipping is based upon total order amount. Use the table below as a quick reference for calculating the shipping charge for an order. An additional surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and or weight. The surcharge, if applicable, will be noted on the product description page as well as the shipping subtotal of your order.

How do we ship?

Parcel –

Truck Delivery –

When the size and or weight of your shipment exceed the limits of our parcel carriers, your item will be delivered via one of our trusted freight carriers. Delivery timeframes will be stated in your cart. Due to carrier restrictions, items requiring truck delivery cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO, or internationally.

Easy Sheet reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.

Gift cards –

Orders containing Gift Cards and no other merchandise will be shipped at no charge via USPS. Expedited Service is available for a flat rate of $5.00. If a Gift Card is purchased along with other items, the shipping charge related to the Gift Card will be waived when Expedited Service is selected.

General Returns

Returns with an Original Receipt

Returns can be made at any of our Returns Processing Center. Simply provide your original receipt or packing slip and we will complete an exchange or merchandise** refund for the amount paid to the original form of payment***.

**All merchandise must be in the same condition/packaging in which you received it and cannot be used.

  •      Bed Sheets may only be returned unopened and require proof of purchase.

***Please see PayPal Returns for any purchase made using PayPal.

Returns with a Gift Receipt

Merchandise returned using a Gift Receipt will either be exchanged or refunded in the form of a merchandise credit for the amount paid. Please note that whenever a Merchandise Credit is issued, customers will be asked to provide a government issued ID. This will help ensure if a Merchandise Credit is ever lost, we can research and/or replace.

    Returns without a Receipt

Don’t have a Receipt? No problem. If the purchase was made in the last 365 days, we can attempt to locate the purchase using any of the following:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Store or Merchandise Credit Number
  • Gift Card Number
  • Order Number (if applicable)
  • Registry Number (if applicable)
  • Checking Account Number

If we can’t find a record of the purchase, we will gladly either:

  • Complete an exchange for the current selling price less 20%.
  • Provide a merchandise credit for the current selling price less 20%.
  • Complete a corporate refund request to research the original purchase.

Once the request has been completed:

▪     If the original purchase is located, we will complete an exchange or merchandise refund for the amount paid to the original form of payment.

▪     If the original purchase is not located and the refund request is approved, we will complete a refund to a merchandise credit for the current selling price less 20%.

◼    Returns to Our Processing Center

Return postage labels are included with every purchase from our online store in the event you need to return an item. For returns from Military Post Office, APO, FPO and US Territories, please contact us at dennis@designbygraceonline.com for further instructions.

a. Please circle the item you wish to return on the bottom copy of your original packing invoice form.

b. Choose a reason for the return from the back of the invoice and enter its number next to your circled item.

c. Provide a telephone number in case we have questions.

d. Detach the top copy of the invoice form and keep it for your records. Enclose the bottom copy with the items you are returning.

e. Pack your return securely and attach the pre-paid return label found in your original carton.

f. To return your package you may use your regular FedEx scheduled pick up or drop off at a FedEx location (visit fedex.com/locate or call 1-800-GoFedEx (1-800-463-3339), and say “find a location”). You can schedule a Ground Pick by going to fedex.com/returnpickup or call 713 557 7770 and say “Return Manager”.

You may also mail returns via the US Postal Service to the address below. We recommend that you insure the package prior to shipment. Enclosing your original packing invoice will help us expedite your return.
